I have lived in Great Malvern since 1998 and started taking photographs seriously in 2008. My main interests are taking landscape photos around the UK and abroad on holiday and capturing images at local events in the Three Counties area. More recently I have been taking wildlife pictures and have become interested in trying some macro photography. I also take portrait photography in a number of schools and I am looking to extend into wedding photography at some point in the future.

I am really enjoying my membership of the Beacon Camera Club in Malvern, where I am improving my photography and contribute to the running of the club. I am looking to submit a panel of prints to the Royal Photographic Society in 2014 to get a Licentiatship (LRPS) distinction.

I shoot with a Nikon D800 DSLR, with a range of Nikkor Lenses and a Nikon Speedlight SB-910, using a Manfrotto Tripod.

I subscribe to the Advanced Photographer magazine.
